Steve Pinkston is the Plant Manager at Cummins Rocky Mount Engine Plant. He has been with Cummins for 12 years in various supply chain roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and a master’s degree from Indiana University. Steve is married to his wife Emilie and they have 3 kids: Sam (9), Henry (7), and Elliott (3).
